What is your grading scale?
Vinyl Grading Notes (PLEASE READ):
SEALED (SS): still factory sealed and presumed mint
Mint (M): record is factory flawless and shows no signs of having ever been played
Near Mint (NM): record is still factory flawless and shows no visible signs of actual use but may have slight visual imperfections such as paper scuffs from record sleeve, etc. These imperfections, while visual, will not affect sound quality and the record's audio will still be flawless
Excellent (EX): record will show more signs of handling and use but the audio will still be powerful with virtually no detectable noise outside of the recorded sounds
Very Good Plus (VG+): A strong Very Good.
Very Good (VG): record will show signs of use both in terms of handling and having been played. Visual signs of use WILL likely include scratches, scuffs, etc. IMPORTANT NOTE: The audio can and quite possibly WILL reflect these signs of use, including the possibility of occasional pops and/or clicks. But AT NO TIME should any noise become so consistent as to overpower the music itself.
Very Good Minus (VG-): A weak Very Good
Good (G): record will show heavy signs of use, including more pronounced scratches and scuffs. These scratches and other signs of use will certainly affect sound quality, and the record will almost certainly include pops, clicks, and may even possibly jump on at least one occasion.
Poor (P): record will be in very bad shape, and at best should really only be considered for reference purposes
How quickly will you ship after I process payment?
Generally, all purchase items destined to a domestic US address will be shipped within one (3) business day of receipt of payment, but in no event shall there be a delay of more than three (5) business days from date of payment unless otherwise specifically noted in the item listing itself.
All purchase items destined to an international non-US address will generally be shipped within two (5) business days of receipt of payment, but in no event shall there be a delay of more than (10) business days from date of payment unless otherwise specifically noted in the item listing itself.
What shipping methods do you use?
1) All items shipped within the 50 United States of America and its territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.) are generally shipped via USPS Media Mail, and all domestic packages automatically include tracking information. If insurance is desired, please contact us at the time of your purchase to make this request known. Insurance, if requested, will carry an additional charge which will vary depending on the value of the package.
2) All items shipped to international destinations are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, and all international packages automatically include tracking information and up to $100 in insurance.
What currencies do you accept?
Due to issues with eCrater's currency conversion matrix, we can ONLY accept payment in US Dollars (USD). If you are accessing our page using a non-USA based eCrater domain, please be sure to check the currency you are viewing our store and be sure that you use only USD to calculate purchases and postage. Any purchases that are processed using a currency other than USD will need to be cancelled and any non USD funds sent to our account will be refunded in full.
